ur streamlined shoots—often completed in a single day—minimize disruption to your operations. From 30–60 second commercial advertisements to short-form documentaries, we highlight your brand through insightful, expertly guided interviews and compelling visuals. So, how do we do this?

1. Pre-production
Along with researching your company’s background, experience, and perspective, we communicate with you to clearly outline what the mini doc aims to achieve and what message you want to convey. This allows us to craft a script with clear questions, transitions, and desired responses from you and your team of partners, employees, and/or clients.
We then send you a script with the questions we plan to ask during the video shoot. Once you approve the script of brief questionnaires, we begin to plan the date and time to film your company.

2. Production
Once we arrive on the day of the shoot, we quickly and quietly tour the facility-without disrupting operations-to map out filming locations. Next, we promptly set up the cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to film the interviews with you and your employees.
After the corporate interviews are completed, we begin recording B-roll footage, which captures your company’s operations in action. The B-roll typically corresponds with the message that you and your team are conveying during the corporate interviews. Let me know if you’d like any further adjustments!

3. Post-production
Yes! Now it is time for our team to edit the footage captured during the production day. During this process, our video editors may request a copy of your company logo and other assets that will enhance the final video. Branding is very important, and we will ensure that your company’s color scheme and culture are represented correctly.
Once we complete the first draft of the edit, we will send you a secure link to preview the video and request modifications if needed. When you approve the edit, we will deliver the full-resolution version of your mini-doc and ensure that it meets broadcast QC (Quality Control) standards for your desired TV station(s) as well as social media platforms. Let me know if you’d like any further revisions!
